During this phase we also meet with the Owners, Architects, Engineers and local code authorities to make sure all issues are addressed BEFORE construction begins, and to open lines of communication between all members of the TEAM. Construction Enterprises believes that good construction management means providing the best value for a product, without compromising quality. We work directly with the architects, engineers and owners from the first idea scratched on a torn napkin, to the last stroke of a paint brush on a finished ceiling. Our experienced project estimators, project managers, office staff and field supervisors are there to provide quality services from start to finish. Moving into the new millennium, Construction Enterprises expanded their services to offer Design-Build services. Teaming with a local architect, Construction Enterprises developed, designed and constructed several shopping centers in the Tulsa and Broken Arrow areas. Combining all of our dynamic services, we were able to manage every aspect of the projects, streamlining the building process to save time and money without sacrificing aesthetics. So simple.
Over the past 36 years, Construction Enterprises has grown and expanded, but our roots go back to general building construction. Since 1978, we have been involved in the development and construction of well over 500 projects, spanning from small tenant-space remodels to large, ground-up and multi-story structures. Each building is unique, and each building has demanded our expertise and experience. We are proud of the buildings we have built and the relationships we have established along the way. Construction Enterprises considers itself a TEAM LEADER … maintaining open lines of communication with the DESIGN TEAM, interpreting and deciphering details for the CONSTRUCTION TEAM, and continual monitoring of the OFFICE SUPPORT TEAM, are are critical pieces to the timely success of our projects.
