Construction Enterprises believes that anything that is expected to last requires a firm foundation and strong roots. That is why we strive to build strong relationships with our clients, as well as strong foundations for our buildings. Our philosophy is to solve little problems before they become big problems…so during the pre-construction phase of a project, we strive to provide accurate pricing and a honest, and reasonable, projection of our construction schedule. During this phase we also meet with the Owners, Architects, Engineers and local code authorities to make sure all issues are addressed BEFORE construction begins, and to open lines of communication between all members of the TEAM.
